How to Report a Claim

To report a new claim please choose from one of the following methods:

1. Contact your insurance broker directly. To help you locate your broker please search here.

Or

2. Phone our head office at 1-888-796-1438 and ask to report a new claim.

Or

3. Complete our online New Claim Report form found below.

Fill out the web form below. Once the form is submitted your claims adjuster will get in touch with you with your claim number and further instructions.
Image formats or PDFs only. Limit to 10MB total size for all attachments. Additional documents can be emailed later. Please select all files at once, attaching new files will replace old ones.
